ㅤHi! I'm Riley, I'm a 21-year-old Canadian who is currently studying Marine Biology. I'm fluent in both English and French, and I'm a huge French history buff. My time zone is GMT -4. ㅤ• ALL OF MY SHIPS ARE IN THEIR OWN UNIVERSES. I cannot stress this enough. There will be NO cheating from my character, nor will I write with you if you plan to have your character cheat on mine! Polyamorous ships are incredibly rare with writers that I trust and know well.
ㅤ• My Twitter is not spoiler-free. I will not be tagging spoilers. I have read up to the end of Steel Ball Run.
ㅤ• NSFW topics are sometimes brought up on the TL. If this makes you uncomfortable, please do not follow me. There will be a lot of references and innuendos. However, there will be no lewd RP on the TL.
ㅤ• Please don't follow my account if you're under 16 years of age. If you are a minor under 16 and follow me I will block you.
ㅤ• Minors please don't interact with my adult-oriented/NSFW tweets or subject matter. This can have serious legal implications as I am an adult.
ㅤ• I will not follow back parody, low-quality, non-RP, Stroheim, or gender-bent accounts (trans characters are fine of course, as long as they are not transphobic in their presentation). If I find a Stroheim/Alessi/Angelo or other problematic accounts, I'm going to call them out even if they don't follow me.
ㅤ• Polnareff fan children are free to interact with me like my Polnareff is the father! But please don't force the parental relationship on me (such as assuming that Polnareff and the mother/other father are still together/in love/etc.).
ㅤ• If you make a "joke" where the punchline is just "Polnareff is disabled," I'm going to block you. You're not funny, the joke is not funny, and you're ableist. Go back to the JoJo subreddit. This includes jokes where the punchline or joke includes the old man from Happy Wheels, or Joe Swanson from Family Guy.
ㅤ• If you're writing a character but you have no information on who your character is or where they're from in your pinned, I'm going to be reluctant to write with you because I don't know the context that my character and yours would meet.
ㅤ• Please don't assume that my character knows yours unless it's canon or we discuss it beforehand. It's very confusing and jarring for me.
ㅤ• For the love of God, please do not lie about your age just so that you can write with me. If you are under 16, I have absolutely no desire to write with you. I don't care how literate you are or if we've interacted before. I do not feel comfortable writing with young children.

ㅤ• Polnareff is albino! Though not too important characteristically, he has incredibly white, glossy hair, white lashes, eyebrows, pale skin, and bright blue eyes.
ㅤ• Because of his albinism, his eyes are weaker than they would otherwise be for a healthy man of his age, and he has to occasionally wear reading glasses to look at documents with small text. He's very self-conscious about them and tries not to use them when other people are around.
ㅤ• After Part 5, Giorno creates a new body for Polnareff. It goes through the same sort of deterioration as Bruno's did, but can last longer due to Gold Experience Requiem's enhanced power. He does, however, have to visit Giorno every few months to get the body repaired. Because Silver Chariot Requiem was destroyed, he no longer has a Stand, but he can still see them.
ㅤ• Polnareff is gay, but is closeted due to his rural upbringings. He experiences internalised homophobia, but will never be openly homophobic towards anyone. He tends to fervently adore women so that he can convince himself that he doesn't enjoy the intimate company of men.
ㅤ• He was born in Bonnieux, France, which is a short distance away from Marseille. He inherited his family lavender farm, which is located just in the backyard of the house. This is where he would often spend most of his days, harvesting lavender to dry and sell in order to make a living. Because of this, he's very good at making bread and cookies, and seems to have mastery over lavender as a spice.
ㅤ• Since he spent so much time working in the fields as a kid, he was forced to drop out of school. He did try to keep up on his studies whenever he could by reading and writing, but most of what he learned was languages, history, and philosophy. Mathematics is a very weak spot for him academically.
ㅤ• Polnareff is fluent in French, English, Corsican, Italian, Japanese, and Arabic. He knows conversational Chinese and Portuguese, and can understand basic words and phrases from a plethora of other languages because of his grasp on language in general.
ㅤ• He's an absolute Beatles superfan; ever since he began to make a healthy wage from the Speedwagon Foundation, he began to collect exclusive memorabilia. This includes several signed albums and posters, as well as rare merchandise. Instead of a television, he has a state-of-the-art audio system and a collection of classic rock vinyls in his living room.
ㅤ• Polnareff knows a lot about French history and Napoléon. Living so close to Corsica, Napoléon's birthplace, he almost feels like he has a connection to him, as though somehow he is descended from their bloodline. He'll ramble on about the man for hours if given the opportunity.
ㅤ• Polnareff was very involved in Jolyne's upbringing as a young child, even throughout Jotaro's divorce. He stayed close with Jolyne's mother and went out of his way to stay in Florida whenever he visited America, in case they needed someone to look after the young Jolyne. He goes by Uncle Polnareff or Uncle Pol Pol.
ㅤ• When he was 5 years old, his father passed away from an unknown illness. At 10, his mother died with similar symptoms. He was left to care for Chérie on his own. Being a kid, the lawyers who took care of his parents' estate took advantage of him, leaving barely enough money for them to survive. He still worries that someday he'll die the same way his parents did.
ㅤ• Oftentimes, when Polnareff wasn't able to make ends meet as a kid, he would have to steal food from various shops around the village. This would mean he often had to charm trusted members of his community while essentially robbing them blind. It always made him feel guilty, and he avoided it whenever possible, but it was how he learned how to be both charming and persuasive.
ㅤ• As a teen, Polnareff experimented with various drugs and hallucinogens, growing up on the tail end of the hippie era. He still smokes cigarettes and cannabis regularly.
ㅤ• After Part 3, Polnareff is employed by the Speedwagon Foundation to research Stand arrows, their origins, and how they create Stand users. When doing this research, he poses as an "archaeologist" for the Foundation, often claiming to be after all sorts of different relics, while putting a subtle emphasis on arrows.

ㅤMy account is multi-ship, and every ship is set in its own universe. Polnareff is a flirt but he's not a cheater, and this is a very big trigger for me. I am very selective when I choose who I ship with, just because I enjoy a particular ship doesn't mean that it will be with everyone who has that character. I will only form romantic relationships between my character and another if both mun and muse are above the age of 18. I'm not a huge fan of age gaps over 10 years in either direction, though sometimes exceptions can be made with heavy chemistry (such as Polnareff x Joseph, but this is one of the few exceptions).
ㅤPlease note that my character identifies as gay and I will not be shipping with female characters. However, in timelines where he is not yet out of the closet, he may flirt and attempt to get with women.
